DMCA Policy
Nelson Müller Vermögen is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, Nelson Müller Vermögen will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Nelson Müller Vermögen website if such claims are reported to Nelson Müller Vermögen's Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Nelson Müller Vermögen website, please send a "Notice of Infringement" to our Designated Copyright Agent, providing all the necessary information as outlined below. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material you posted on the Nelson Müller Vermögen website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a "Counter-Notification" to our Designated Copyright Agent. For your counter-notification to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
